Becoming a Student Manager
Student Managers are responsible for hiring, training and motivating the student employees to ensure the AMU facilities are run efficiently, with great customer service and a whole lot of F-U-N.
The Student Managers attend weekly meetings and support efforts of the AMU Student Employment Program. They work with supervisors to lead their area and they are the link between the union full-time staff and the student employees.
Student Manager positions are great for developing skills that you will use throughout your career. Student Managers learn transferable leadership and management skills and can create valuable networking opportunities with professionals.
