Student Organization Guest Speaker Hospitality

To provide a consistent hospitality experience for COBA guests and to promote student organization events, if your student organization shares guest speaker information at least two weeks in advance, the Business Career Center will be happy to provide hospitality items - a small College of Business Administration branded gift, “chaser tickets” for free parking in our parking structures and a thank you email from the dean.

Guest Speaker Hospitality Process

  1. Share your speaker information using this online formPlease share guest speaker information 2 weeks in advance of your meeting date.  This timing will enable Business Career Center staff to promote your speaker through Handshake and the BizCareers newsletter.
  2. Speaker Gift Pick-Up: Business Career Center staff will have speaker gift packages ready by noon on the Friday prior to your speaker’s visit.  Please visit the BCC/GSM greeting desk in DS 275 Monday-Thursday between 7:15am and 5:30pm and on Friday between 7:15am-4:30pm to pick up your items.
  3. Communicate changes: Please inform Business Career Center staff of changes or cancellations with an email to businesscareers@marquette.edu.
