When should I begin recruiting?
Our employers are most successful when they recruit approximately one year in advance. Doing so ensures the broadest applicant pool and sufficient time for the full recruiting process. However, companies are still able to recruit for positions year-round with various lead times.
How do I find and connect with qualified students?
The best way to connect with Marquette students is to create a user account on Handshake, Marquette's career management tool for students and employers. Employers can post opportunities to Handshake free of charge.
When your position is approved on Handshake, email the Office of Industry Relations to have the position included in the e-newsletter that is sent to all engineering students.
How do I meet and evaluate students?
A great way to fill open positions and increase your company's brand recognition is to come to campus. Employers are welcome on campus throughout the school year for a variety of recruiting events.
