Please note, the timeline below is for First-Year Applicants who plan to start classes in the Fall 2023 semester. Applications for the Spring 2023 semester are reviewed on a rolling basis starting in October.
Applications submitted to Marquette by December 1 are considered as on-time and are reviewed as part of the initial application pool. On-time applicants will receive an admission decision through their student status page on December 20. Late applications, (those received after December 1) will be reviewed on a space-available basis beginning in early January. Decisions for late applications are typically posted 2-3 weeks after an application is complete.
In order to receive an admission decision and a Père Marquette Award on our initial Decision Day (December 20) an application must be submitted and complete by December 1. Applications completed after December 1 will be considered on a space-available basis for admission and scholarship.
On-time applicants will receive admission notifications before the end of the calendar year through their student status page.

Final decisions on all special scholarship programs are mailed in mid-March. Some, but not all, special scholarship programs will notify semifinalists before mid-March to arrange for phone or in-person interviews.
