Styles and guidelines

Consistency is key when communicating what is best about Marquette and what we keep in mind when disseminating information about the university.

To ensure this happens across all platforms, Marquette uses a style guide derived from the Associated Press — the industry standard — with university-specific exceptions. Additional exceptions are made to satisfy formatting circumstances and in consultation with university partner requests.
