Marquette's Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Igniting Hope, Marquette’s Annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony is almost here! Please join the Residence Hall Association on Monday, December 2nd at 4:45 p.m. in Westowne Square as we light the tree. Reception following with snacks and holiday-themed crafts and entertainment!

University Apartments Selection Process

The formal University Apartments Selection Process has ended. Space remains in a limited number of units. Instructions to apply to a waiting list can be found on the apartments website. Offers will be made on a rolling basis contingent on availability. Eligibility is limited to students who are two years removed from high school or 21 years of age as of the start of the Fall 2020 term. Questions can be directed to

Residence Hall Break Reminders

All residence halls except Humphrey Hall and Carpenter Tower will be closed for Winter Break (December 14 – January 12).

The halls close at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14th and re-open at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 12th.

Only those students who are permanent residents of HUMPHREY HALL and CARPENTER TOWER may stay in the building over break at a rate of $30 per night.

All halls will remain open during Thanksgiving break.
